1.0 hours will be provided for RNs, CCMs and Social Workers will be provided by the sponsor.

The Meeting will be held at the Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas.

ATTENDEE COSTS

The fee (cash or checks only) for attending the Dinner Meeting is as follows (pay at the door):

CMSA Members      $17.00                                    Non-Members         $26.00

Attendees must make reservations to attend. Reservations received after deadline will be placed on a waiting list and charged a $3.00 late fee. All reservations must be received by September 12th. Members delinquent in paying for two dinner meetings will not be allowed to attend meetings until payment has been made. Fee is payable whether you have dinner or not.
