CEU Information

The Conference Management Company for the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Case Management Society of America will apply for 17.2 contact hours/CEUs from:

Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCM)
Certification of Disability Management Specialists (CDMS)
Commission on Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC)
Virginia Nurses Association (RN)
Social Workers - (includes 3 hours of ethics contact hours)
Certified Life Care Planners (CLCP)

Certificates of attendance will be awarded by mail upon completion of the conference and submission of completed evaluation forms according to instructions. Please call E & I Management for the number of hours that will be awarded for each certification.

Special Events & Conference Attire

All meals and breaks will be served in the exhibit hall. Conference attire is business casual.

The hotel is directly across from Six Flags Over Texas, next to the Arlington Convention Center, and within walking distance of the Rangers Ballpark. They are also only a 15-minute drive from downtown Dallas or Fort Worth. If you’re flying into the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, their complimentary hotel airport shuttle can transport you the nine-mile journey. It operates daily from 6:30am - 9:30pm. Take DFW Airport South to 360 South.
Exit Lamar Boulevard/Six Flags Exit.
Turn left onto Lamar.

From Fort Worth (West)

Proceed on Interstate 30 East.
Exit Nolan Ryan Expressway.
Turn left on Copeland Road.
Turn Right onto Convention Center Drive.

From West

Proceed on Interstate 20 to 360 North.
Turn left at the first signal light and continue under the bridge.
Turn right on Copeland Road.
